Terms of Service & Contest Rules

Welcome to AIQuizzle — a place to make, share, and vote on memes. By using this site (including posting memes/templates or joining contests), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.

1. Who Can Use AIQuizzle

You must be at least 13 to use the site. To enter any meme contest, you must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher).

By entering a contest, you confirm you meet the eligibility requirements and that you can legally accept prizes.

2. Entertainment-Only

AIQuizzle content is for fun and entertainment. Nothing on AIQuizzle is professional advice, including any AI-generated text or imagery.

3. Posting Memes & Making Templates (User Content)

AIQuizzle may allow you to upload images, publish memes, and publish meme templates (“User Content”). You are responsible for what you post.

3.1 What you’re allowed to post

  • Original content you created
  • Content you have permission/license to use
  • Public-domain content

3.2 What you must NOT post

Do not upload, publish, or share content that is:

  • Hateful, harassing, or discriminatory (including slurs or attacks on protected groups)
  • Threatening, violent, or encouraging harm
  • Sexually explicit or pornographic
  • Involving minors in any sexual context (zero tolerance)
  • Illegal, or encouraging illegal activity
  • Spammy, deceptive, or intended to game votes/traffic
  • Infringing someone else’s copyright, trademark, or other rights
  • Impersonating others, or containing private/personal info you don’t have rights to share

3.3 Community vibe

Please have fun, be courteous, and share good vibes. Keep it playful, not mean. If you wouldn’t say it in a room full of people, don’t post it here.

4. Moderation & Removal Rights

We want AIQuizzle to stay fun and safe. We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to:

  • Remove or restrict any image, meme, template, caption, or account activity
  • Remove content that is hateful or that we deem abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate
  • Remove content that violates these Terms, contest rules, or applicable law
  • Limit reach/visibility, disable voting on suspicious entries, or disqualify entries

Decisions about moderation and removal may be made at our sole discretion to protect the community and the site.

5. Meme Contests (How They Work)

Each contest has its own page with a start/end time, theme, and prize details (“Contest Details”). Contest Details are part of these Terms.

5.1 One winner, chosen by votes

  • Each contest has 1 winner unless stated otherwise on that contest page.
  • The winner is determined by the site’s voting system based on vote totals at contest end.
  • Winner selection is not decided by a human judge.

5.2 Contest integrity

To keep contests fair, you may not attempt to manipulate votes (bots, scripts, vote-buying, fake accounts, coordinated fraud, or any other gaming). We may remove votes or disqualify entries if we detect abuse.

5.3 Disqualification

We may disqualify an entry if it violates these Terms, is hateful/abusive, is suspected of vote manipulation, or otherwise breaks Contest Details.

5.4 Prizes

Prizes (if any) are described on the contest page. Winners may be required to confirm eligibility and provide basic info to receive a prize. Taxes, reporting, and any fees are the winner’s responsibility unless required otherwise by law.

6. Ownership & License (Site + Your Content)

6.1 Our site content

AIQuizzle owns the site design, code, and original site content. You may use AIQuizzle for personal use and sharing, but you may not copy, scrape, reproduce, sell, or redistribute site content at scale without permission.

6.2 Your content (license to run the site)

You keep ownership of your User Content. However, by posting User Content on AIQuizzle, you grant AIQuizzle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate, promote, and improve the site (for example: showing your meme on the memes page, templates page, contest entries, or social previews).

7. Prohibited Use (Tech + Safety)

You agree not to:

  • Hack, disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the site
  • Scrape the site at scale or misuse APIs/services
  • Upload malware or attempt to bypass security
  • Use automated tools to manipulate votes or rankings

8. Ads & Third-Party Links

AIQuizzle may show ads (including Google AdSense) and links to third-party sites. We don’t control third-party content, products, or privacy practices.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

AIQuizzle is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages or losses arising from your use of the site, your posted content, or reliance on AI-generated outputs.

10. Changes to the Site or These Terms

We may update features, contests, or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may block, restrict, or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, harms the community, or abuses the platform.
